It seems the Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy feud has finally come to an end after the pair were spotted together posing for a picture.

Many of us couldn’t believe our eyes after the musicians both shared a picture of them along with a heartfelt post – much to the delight of the African community.

Fellow African musicians Mr Eazi, Sarkodie and former P-Square member
Paul Okoye all took a moment to praise the S.M.F and BHIM Nation bosses on their new found union.

The two musicians had previously endured a very public and turbulent relationship, with their most recent feud reaching new heights after Shatta Wale stormed the stage at the 2019 Vodafon Ghana Music Awards just as Stonebwoy was accepting an award.

However, today could be a turning point for Ghana’s music industry after Shatta Wale referred to his former arch nemesis as his ‘brother‘.

The Stonebwoy vs Shatta Wale war is reaching disturbing new ground after a gun was pulled out live on stage during the 2019 Vodafon Ghana Music Awards.

It all erupted when Stonebwoy was declared Reggae/Dancehall artist of the year. This proved far too much for his arch nemesis Shatta Wale to bear as he responded to the announcement by storming the stage as Stonebwoy accepted his award.

A massive brawl between the two camps soon erupted live on stage at the award ceremony which was held at Accra’s International Conference Centre – opposite the Parliament of Ghana.

Disturbing footage of Stonebwoy pulling out a gun on stage during the brawl has since flooded social media.

The two popular musicians share a very turbulant relationship and would often throw jabs at each other in the media during interviews.

However, their latest brawl has left fans divided with some defending Stonebwoy while others were furious at the ‘Bawasaaba‘ hit-maker for pulling such a dangerous move.

It is currently unknown if Stonebwoy will face the law over his gun slinging actions.

Well well well….BET recently revealed its list of nominees which included several African musicians.

The list did not only reveal the African musicians who were nominated but also the musicians who did not make it onto the prestigious list.

One musician who was surprisingly missing from the list was Ghanaian reggae-dancehall musician Shatta Wale – which uhm…. raised a few eyebrows.

Eagle eyed Stonebwoy fans dug up receipts in the form of an old Tweet shared by the ‘Gringo‘ hit-maker back in Dec 2018 claiming to have received an e-mail from BET.

At the time, the musician did not reveal the contents of the e-mail.

However, he did take a moment recently to clear the air in a Tweet to his Shatta Movement fans revealing why BET allegedly excluded him from the list…..

Caster Semenya loses legal battle over testosterone lowering drug

A Swiss court has ruled against Caster Semenya in a landmark case over a sporting rule which requires female athletes like herself to take an artificial drug which lowers testosterone levels.

2016 Olympic gold medalist Caster Semenya has hyperandrogenism, meaning she is a female with high levels of male sex hormones like testosterone.

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) introduced a ‘female eligibility’ regulation last year. The regulation states that athletes with hyperandrogenism and differences in sexual development are to take an artificially engineered drug which brings testosterone levels down to that of female levels should they wish to compete at the international level.

Caster and several other female athletes like herself will be required to take the drug daily whilst being closely monitored to ensure their testosterone levels are being maintained over a six month period. Athletes who refuse to follow the rule face a ban from competing.
